Natalia Polukhtin, lead attorney

Natalia Polukhtin is native to Moscow, Russia. Attorney Polukhtin is a licensed attorney with a practice entirely devoted to the complex area of immigration law. She earned her law degree from Mercer University School of Law, in Macon, Georgia and her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Moscow State University, Russia.  She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association.


As an immigrant herself, this attorney finds it a natural fit to practice immigration law, especially during a controversial and volatile time concerning the subject of immigration. Attorney Polukhtin represents clients in immigration proceedings before immigration courts and agencies, with particular emphasis on deportation deffense cases and appeals with Administrative Appeals Office, Board of Immigration Appeals, and Federal Courts of Appeal.

Natalia is fluent in English and Russian, and has working knowledge of Spanish.

Erinna D. Brodsky, off-counsel attorney

Erinna D. Brodsky is an experienced business immigration practitioner. She successfully represents outstanding scientists, athletes, performers, and businessmen seeking to establish their immigration status in the US. Her particular area of expertise is relocation of multinational businessmen through different visa categories, including employment and investment.

Attorney Brodsky graduated summa cum laude from Moscow State University, Russia, and earned her JD degree from Suffolk University School of Law. She serves as a legislative liaison for the state of Massachusetts of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Attorney Brodsky is fluent in English and Russian, and proficient in Spanish.

Luis Lopez, paralegal

 

Luis Lopez was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, though his family is native to Torreon, Mexico. Luis earned his degree in Paralegal Studies with High Distinction from Phoenix College and is completely fluent in both English and Spanish.

Besides all areas of law, Luis’s interests include classic and exotic cars, music, and movies.  

 

 

 

Isamar Ramirez, legal assistant

 

Isamar Ramirez was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She is an experienced and compassionate legal assistant, who is mostly responsible for managing clients' files and preparation immigration packages for submission. Isamar is fluent in both Spanish and English and extremely successful in establishing emotional connection with people of different cultural backgrounds.

Outside of the legal office, Isamar enjoys spending time with her family and attending musical events.
